Customers cannot take advantage of website errors. Such benefits will be considered unjust. The contract is confirmed upon the supply of goods. 7healthwell may limit product quantities available for purchase at any time, even after an order is placed. After order dispatch, transportation is the responsibility of a third-party logistics company. Ownership and risk during transportation belong to the buyer.
You can cancel your order anytime before shipping by contacting our Support Center. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Our Warranty and Return policy applies upon receipt of the package.
Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by various factors. We recommend ordering in advance for special occasions. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping guarantees for peace of mind. If issues arise, we will send a replacement or offer a refund if the item is out of stock. Without a shipping guarantee, customers assume full liability for their packages. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not clear customs or are destroyed due to local laws. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We cannot change addresses once a package is shipped. All orders reported as "delivered" are considered delivered, and we cannot be liable for non-delivery in such cases. Non-receipt of orders must be reported within three months from the shipment date.
If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return them within 45 days for a refund. Returns take approximately five working days to process. Items must be in original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. You must contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending items back. Returns without an RMA number will not be refunded. Shipping back to us is paid for by the customer, and we generally cannot refund postal fees. The refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid.
Discounted or end-of-line products can only be returned for repair, not for refunds or replacements.

Contracts will be stored for three years from the order date. Customers can access their contracts and the applicable T&C during this period.
