Refunds
Once you contact our Customer Service and notify us on which account you prefer to receive your refund, your refund transaction will be processed within 1 business day. We can refund the money to your 7healthwell account, or to your payment account.
Since different banks provide different transaction policies, you may be asked to cover any occurring service fees by your local bank.
