1. How are customs and import tax/duties handled?
We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.
7healthwell is not responsible for products confiscated by the customs in your countries.

2. How come my tracking number doesn't work?
We send shipment notification and tracking numbers as soon as orders leaved our warehouse. Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan to those packages.
For DHL and UPS, this delay is usually 1-2 business days.

3. How long does it take for orders to get sent?
Items that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours after payment in working day. Where possible, we will make every effort to alert you of potential delays, or offer possible substitutions to the originally ordered items.

4. What are the available Shipping methods?
We offer shipping methods including Free Shipping, DHL, UPS, TNT, and Post Parcel.

5. What should I do if something is missing from my order?

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to orders over $100, wholesale orders not included. The estimate arrival time is 15-20 days.
DHL/UPS/TNT
The shipping rate may vary in different periods. Usually the arrival time is 3-5 days for DHL and UPS. TNT will cost 5-7 days. Please contact us if you need to know the delivery days in your country.
Post Parcel
It is the economical way, with a arrival time about 15-20 days.

8. How to check my order status?
You can obtain your order status and waybill number directly at "My Account" anytime. You will also receive emails from us regarding the processing of your order.

Once your order request has been received by us, you will receive a "7healthwell Order Submitted!" email.

Once you complete the payment, you will receive an email "7healthwell Order Payment Succeed!" email. (PayPal will also send you email to inform you)
Within 24/48 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive a "7healthwell Shipping Notification!" with your tracking number.
