Start with one panel. Grow it into a full-body wall.
Most people buy a red light panel for one reason, then wish it covered more. The 7HW EmberStack is built to grow with you. One panel covers your face and upper body. Join three for a head-to-thigh column, or nine for a full-body wall you can step into. Every panel carries 105 LEDs with red and near-infrared light, so each one you add brings the same light to a larger area of your body.
Who reaches for the EmberStack
If red light is already part of your week, or you know it's going to be, this is the panel that won't leave you wanting more coverage later.
"I want to start small without buying twice."
Planners
Begin with one panel for face and upper body, then add more when you're ready. Nothing you buy now goes to waste.
"My whole body is sore after a training block."
Athletes & lifters
A 3-panel column covers shoulders to thighs in one session, so you aren't treating one muscle group at a time.
"I want my skin to look healthy, not just my face."
Head-to-toe skincare
A 9-panel wall bathes your face, chest, arms, back and legs together, in the time a face-only session would take.
"The whole family wants a turn."
Home wellness rooms
Set up a wall once and everyone in the house can step in for their own session, no studio membership needed.
One system that grows with what you need
Buy the coverage you need today, add the rest later
You don't have to guess your future routine. Start with a single panel, or go straight to three or nine. Panels join together into one larger light surface, so your first panel stays part of the setup as it grows.
Treat your whole body in the time it takes to do one area
With a single small panel, a full routine means moving it from face to shoulders to back to legs. A 9-panel wall covers all of it at once. You stand or sit in front of it, and your session is done in one go.
Care for the skin surface and the muscle beneath it
Visible red light works at the skin's surface, where tone and texture show. Invisible near-infrared light reaches deeper into the tissue below, where tired muscles hold tension. Both come from every LED, so the light is even across the whole panel.
Focus on skin, on muscles, or both
Switch red and near-infrared on or off independently. Use red on its own for a skincare session, near-infrared on its own after a workout, or both together for an all-round session.
Two buttons for light, two for time. That's it.
The touch panel on the side shows your session time in large digits. Choose your light, set the time with the arrows, and step back. No app, no pairing, no menus to learn.
A single panel sets up on any table or floor in seconds
Each panel stands upright on its own feet and has a gentle curve that wraps the light slightly around you. Place it on a table for face and chest sessions, or on the floor for your legs and lower back.
A routine that rewards consistency
Red light works best as a habit. Here's how most routines unfold.
Find your distance, light mode and session length. Many people enjoy a gentle warmth and a relaxed feeling afterwards.
Sessions settle into your mornings, evenings or post-workout routine. Regular use matters more than long sessions.
The stage where regular users typically look for fresher-looking skin and muscles that feel looser day to day. Individual results vary.
Five steps to your first session
- Set upStand one panel on a stable surface, or join panels into a column or wall following the manual.

Questions before you buy
One panel suits face, neck and upper-body sessions. Three panels in a column cover you from shoulders to thighs, ideal for recovery after training. Nine panels in a 3 × 3 wall cover your whole body at once. If you're unsure, start with one and add more later.
Yes. That's what the EmberStack is designed for. Each panel works on its own, and additional EmberStack panels join onto it to build a 3-panel column or a 9-panel wall.
A 9-panel wall is about the size of a wardrobe door. You'll need a clear wall or corner and enough space to stand in front of it. If floor space is tight, a single panel or a 3-panel column takes up far less room.
That's normal. Each LED holds a red chip and a near-infrared chip. Near-infrared light is essentially invisible to the eye, so in NIR mode the panel looks dim even while it's working. Press RED to see the red glow.
You'll feel a gentle warmth on your skin, which most people find relaxing. The housing is ventilated to keep the panel running comfortably. If it feels too warm, step back a little or shorten your session.
The light is bright, so close your eyes or wear eye protection whenever your face is in front of the panels, and never stare into the LEDs. Red and near-infrared LEDs contain no UV.
A single panel stands on its own feet and is ready as soon as you plug it in. Multi-panel setups join together following the steps in the user manual.
Yes. Use it for face, neck, chest, arms, back, abdomen and legs, always on clean, bare skin. A larger setup simply lets you cover more of these areas in one session.
Yes. The 3-panel and 9-panel sets are priced lower per panel than buying panels one at a time.
We offer free standard shipping to eligible countries and accept returns on unused items within 30 days. Product-specific warranty support is included with your purchase.
